I must not be explaining myself well.I originally purchased the Master Suite CS5 with twosystem installations. At the time I had a PC and wasgoing to purchase a Mac. This didn't happen untilthis month when I finally purchased a MacPro.I explained this to the support help and when Ireceived the original DVDs, the installations were onlyfor PC.A few days ago I installed the Master Collection on the MacPro. Uponcompletion a serial number was requested. I enteredthe number and it was of course not valid.I installed it as a trial version.I went through many errors and requests.Error: 'install' can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.The one problem that had me going around was the request to:'Please close all of the following applications to continue:Safari Notifications kept on the desktop. The request was to turnoff notifications for an application.Eventually I used the help menu and used the system preferences which removed the applicationsexcept one: Safari Notifications.Eventually, I was helped by a tech who said you have to use the ACTIVITY MONITOR.Please advise with this new information. Thank You for your help and considerationbecause I am new to this new machine.

But, so far I am happy that I finally madethis purchase. It's pricey, but most people use the Mac.I am hoping this assists with my career change.Frank.
